While on vacation in Japan, I happened to meet TJ, the newest member of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band from New Orleans. He invited me to Blue Note Tokyo for their performance and to shoot his promo photo for their tour. I only had my 40mm f/2.8 with me, but it worked out. After editing the new photo backstage, I shot their second performance of the night. Great band, great people.
