Here’s part two of my last blog post about my beach yoga fashion shoot with Tara by the good ol’ Cardiff Kook. Our weather in San Diego lends itself to these beach shoots without us having to worry much about clouds or cold temperatures.

I live in Ocean Beach in glorious San Diego and don’t get me wrong, we have some great scenery here. But my favorite beaches for photoshoot locations are around Encinitas and La Jolla. It’s something about the sand and the vibe up there.

One thing that’s great about shooting live music is the opportunity to discover the other bands on the bill. While I was at Mother’s Saloon to shoot Wicked Tongues, I was very happy to stumble on Boxcar Chief.

I shot some concert photography for Wicked Tongues at a recent show at Mother’s Saloon in Ocean Beach, San Diego. The guys melted faces with their both classic and incendiary guitar-driven sound.

Girls WOOOO-ing at the top of their lungs… Their boyfriends trying not to look jealous… Everyone dancing to infectious indie pop… Such is a Grizzly Business concert.
